We were incorrectly recommended a new drain pan to prevent condensate from dripping into the plenum. Something didn’t add up, so we called American Home Pros for a second opinion. Chris V. was incredibly thorough, identifying and showing me the real issue with the evaporator coil unit and presenting clear options for repair. We’re so glad we reached out to them for a proper solution!

Chris and Tyler were great! Checked all water flow in each sink and inspected for any leaks. Suggested adding a monitor to detect water in hot water pain to cut off water if there were a leak.
